health food?

Recently, organic foods have become much more popular. Some consumers are afraid of all the preservatives and additives that are in processed foods. But do all those additives really have a grand effect? Is it the fats that are naturally in unhealthy foods, or these preservatives that can be blamed for the rising rate of obesity? Food science has always interested me, so I hope to explore more on this topic.

I really like this topic. In my house, we try to avoid eating foods that are unhealthy usually...so i'll be interested in seeing what you find on healthy food vs organic food vs unhealthy etc.

Good idea for a topic. There will be lots of information on the topic I'm assuming, and it is an ongoing issue. Maybe you could even talk about sugar vs. fructose syrup and such. Either way, good luck with your topic.

good idea Sandra. We end up eating a lot of organic food at our house because my mom is allergic to everything so I would be interested to know if it really is that much better for us or not

Organic means also w/o pesticides which are very harmful to the environment. Bad pesticides. Shame on them.
